Entries are open for the 2013 ServiceIQ Cookery Modern Apprentice of the Year competition.
ServiceIQ is the proud sponsor of the 2013 ServiceIQ Cookery Modern Apprentice of the Year competition. Hosted at the 21st New Zealand Culinary Fare in Auckland, on August 18th – 20th 2013, Modern Apprentice trainees in the field of Cookery compete for the top spot in New Zealand’s only national competition, restaurant, and hospitality showcase.
If you’re a current Modern Apprentice trainee, you may be eligible to enter. The winner will receive a trip to the 2014 Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, to the value of $3000.
