The Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ) is the “Prescribed Qualification” which is required to demonstrate that those applying for or renewing their Managers certificate have received “Recent and Relevant Training” as set out in the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

Tamara Johnson delivered an outstanding performance to become the 2013 ServiceIQ Cookery Modern Apprentice of the Year.
Tamara Johnson successfully competed and won the 2013 ServiceIQ Modern Apprentice of the Year competition in Auckland. As part of the prize-package Tamara will attend the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival in March 2014.
