Certificate of Achievement pack (COA) - Barista Skills
Domain: Food & Beverage Level 3 & 4
This package gives candidates a comprehensive knowledge of barista skills. The programme includes the history and evolution of coffee, espresso technology and the production of all coffee recipes requested in today’s café society.
The package covers unit standards:
- 17284 Demonstrate knowledge of coffee heritage and production (L3,C3)
- 17288 Prepare and present espresso beverages for service (L3,C5)
