Certificate of Achievement pack (COA) - Customer Service Skills, Ed. 1


This COA aims to give candidates a thorough understanding of customer services core skills such as maintaining personal presentation and greeting customers, dealing with customer complaints and providing sales and service opportunities.

Unit standards:

  • 14462 Maintain personal presentation and greet customers in the hospitality industry (L2, C2, V6)
  • 14464 Deal with customer complaints in the hospitality industry (L3, C4, V3)
  • 21853 Provide hospitality sales and service opportunities to customers (L3, C6, V2)
  • 21854 Demonstrate knowledge of maximising hospitality sales and service opportunities to customers (L3, C4, V4)
