This COA aims to give candidates a thorough understanding of customer services core skills such as maintaining personal presentation and greeting customers, dealing with customer complaints and providing sales and service opportunities.

- 14464 Deal with customer complaints in the hospitality industry (L3, C4, V3)
- 21853 Provide hospitality sales and service opportunities to customers (L3, C6, V2)
- 21854 Demonstrate knowledge of maximising hospitality sales and service opportunities to customers (L3, C4, V4)
