Who is Greet Leadership for?

Greet NZ Leadership is a two-day course (9am-4:30pm) for supervisors and those aspiring to become supervisors. The course is subsidised by HSI and costs $295 (inclusive of GST) per person.

 Please note: Price will increase to $195 (inclusive of GST) per person, as of 1st March 2012 

What is involved and what are the benefits? 

Each participant receives a course book and Certificate of Participation on completion of the course. It’s interactive, informative and fun, and your staff will also reap the benefits of your new skills.

The course provides practical tools and skills that you can put to use immediately in your role. Be an effective leader and achieve personal and professional growth through Greet NZ Leadership!

Greet NZ Leadership covers the following topics:

• Management styles - Looks at different leadership and communication styles, the traps leaders fall into and how to remedy these
• Communication and team morale - Helps to understand the importance of body language as well as situation management and developing team motivational opportunities
• Anticipating and managing conflict situations - Examines effective methods for dealing with conflict and explains how to use observations skills to prevent conflict
• Time management - Identifies systems that can aid time management
• Team training - Explores methods to assist in the development of individual staff and identifies ways for you to develop as a leader
