The Investment Plan consists of four key parts:- Part One: Plan Context
- Part Two: Three-Year Outlook – Planned Response to Plan Context
- Part Three: Summary of Activity
- Part Four: Key Performance Indicators
As a whole, this Plan presents a summary of the Hospitality Standards Institute’s (HSI) planning context, its three-year outlook and key performance indicators to be used for monitoring progress and achievement. The plan draws on evidence from a range of HSI surveys, research and strategic documents.
