Bars & Clubs Savvy Package
This package is designed for candidates wanting to complete the National Certificate in Hospitality - Bars & Clubs, Level 3.
It is for people who are starting work or working in the Bars and Clubs sector of the hospitality industry.
This package covers the knowledge and skills related to:
- providing beverage services
- maintaining personal presentation and greeting customers
- providing sales and service opportunities
- maintaining a responsible drinking environment.
The Bars and Clubs Savvy Package includes three books that covers the five compulsory unit standards for the qualification:
- Customer Service Skills Book (learning material only)
- Responsible Server Book (learning material only)
- Integrated Assessment Book (Assessment only)
In order to be awarded the National Certificate in Hospitality - Bars and Clubs, Level 3, candidates will need to:
- complete the Intergrated Assessment Book (five compulsory unit standards, totalling 24 credits) and;

complete a further 18 credits at Level 3.
