Café Savvy - Trainer Pack

This package is designed for Trainers to deliver the National Certificate in Hospitality Café, Level 3.

This package covers the knowledge and skills related to:

• maintaining personal presentation and greeting customers

• maximising sales and service opportunities.

The Café Savvy Package includes four books that covers the five compulsory unit standards for the qualification:

3. Barista Skills (learning material only)
4. Integrated Assessment Book (Assessment only)
