GreetNZ is a one day customer service Training Programme that helps people In the hospitality industry learn more about themselves and the type of service they deliver.
Greet Leadership
Greet NZ Leadership is a two-day course (9am-4:30pm) for supervisors and those aspiring to become supervisors. The course issubsidised by HSI and costs $295 (inclusive of GST) per person.

HSI Quality Assurance Forums
The Quality Assurance Forums planned for Late April and May 2010 have been deferred. These will now be held in conjunction with the Regional Moderation Workshops in your region later in 2010.

Moderation Workshops 2010 - HSI Providers and Workplace Assessors
All providers and workplace assessors who are assessing any of theunit standards in HSI’s 2010 Assessment Intention Plan must attend amoderation workshop, or send a representative.
School Cluster Groups
