GreetNZ is a one-day customer service training programme that helps people in the hospitality industry learn more about themselves and the type of service they deliver. It's a fast, stimulating and valuable way to add vital skills in customer service.
Greet Leadership
Greet NZ Leadership is a two-day course (9am-4:30pm) for supervisors and those aspiring to become supervisors. The course is subsidised by HSI and costs $295 (inclusive of GST) per person.
