National Certificate in Hospitality (Entry Skills) - (Level 2)
This qualification is designed for people who wish to enter the hospitality industry and gain an overview of the possible career choices available to them. The core compulsory section of the qualification covers a range of generic communication and interpersonal skills with some knowledge of the career paths available in the hospitality industry. The elective section enables candidates to choose from a range of hospitality and generic domains to gain further knowledge and skills in their selected career choice.
This qualification leads on from the National Certificate in Hospitality (Foundation Skills)[Ref: 0587].

- National Certificate in Hospitality (Accommodation Services) (Level 2) with an optional strand in Motel Housekeeping
- National Certificate in Hospitality (Porter Services) (Level 2)
- National Certificate in Hospitality (Food and Beverage Service) (Level 2) with strands in Counter Food Service
- Takeaway Food Service, Table Food Service, Buffet Food Service, and Beverage Service
- National Certificate in Hospitality (Basic Cookery) (Level 3)
