Working with HSI
The best move for your business
Our young people are the hospitality industry professional of the future. By employing and training a young person you are investing in the future your business and in the industry as a whole. On the job training, where you are the teacher, provides the opportunity to boost productivity, build a team of talented staff, increase your retention rates, and your bottom line. How can we help?
A site visit from a Training Advisor is a good place to start. As well as working with you to decide what you want, we look at your budget, timeframe and environment – and see whether you’re eligible for a training subsidy. Then, rather than offer you a one size fits all programme, we customise a training solution for you. We can even match our qualifications to any in-house training programmes you already run.
What training do we offer?
We have tools for all sectors of the industry – from bartenders to housekeepers right up to supervisory and management, plus everything in between.
You can even train yourself to become a qualified trainer, so that you can train your own staff on our workplace with our on the job trainer.
