Guide to Assessment and Moderation Policy

The purpose of this document is to clearly outline the policies of the Hospitality Standards Institute (HSI) in relation to the assessment of competence of candidates in vocational and learning environments in New Zealand, who are seeking credit for hospitality unit standards registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).
