License Controller Qualification (LCQ) Department Office Close-Down Dates and End of Year Processing Dates:

• The LCQ Department will be closed on: Thursday, 24th December 2009
• The LCQ Department will re-open on: Monday, 11th January 2010

If you require your LCQ Certificate before Christmas, please take special note that our standard turnaround time for processing LCQ Certificates is 7 – 10 Working Days.

If you are sending a Standard Application for the LCQ, this must be received at our Wellington Head Office no later than: Wednesday, 9th December 2009

If you are sending an Urgent Application for the LCQ, this must be received at our Wellington Head Office no later than: Friday, 18th December 2009
