Important information regarding the LCQ
NZQA have recently updated Unit Standard 4646 to version 7 and Unit Standard 16705 to version 4. There is no change to the Unit Standard itself except US 16705 Version 4 and US 4646 Version 7 now sit under the new Domain of: Hospitality - Specific skills.

HSI are updating the LCQ Evidence Records and Assessment Schedules to reflect this Domain change in the New Year. Until then, the LCQ Resource is available under Unit Standard 16705 Version 3 and Unit Standard 4646 Version 6. All Performance Criteria for these Unit Standards remain the same.
