EventStarNZ© is a four-stage, six-module training programme covering skills from induction, to technical, through to Team Leader and Supervisory level courses.
The length of the EventStarNZ© programme ranges from 1/2 day courses through to 1 day courses.
Stage 1:

Module 1 - Hospitality (1/2 day)
Module 2 - Kitchen (1/2 day)
Module 3 - Retail/Bar (1/2 day)
Stage 2Plus:
Module 4 - Team Leader (1 day)
Stage 3:
Module 5 - Supervisory (1 day)
Train the Trainer (1 day course)
