Modern Apprenticeship in Food & Beverage

How many of your mates know exactly what they want to do when they leave school? Nicole wasn’t sure either but she knew she wanted variety, to be creative and to have a job that challenged her. Today she’s a fully qualified restaurant supervisor thanks to a Modern Apprenticeship through HSI.

“I’m doing so much more than I thought was possible, from managing staff, to food and beverage preparation, even the finance side. The apprenticeship has really opened up my eyes to what I can achieve in the hospitality industry,” says Nicole.

“I love what I do and am happy to know my work can take me all over the world.”
