  • 15921 Prepare and cook a cake, a sponge and scones in the hospitality industry (L1,C3)
  • 19771 Prepare, cook and present seafood in the hospitality industry. (L1,C3)

The purchase price of Certificate of Achievement Package is $150.

Please note that schools must ensure they have the appropriate accreditation before using these resources. Unit 167 is a prerequisite for cookery units at Level 2 and above and should be successfully assessed before a candidate moves on to units in the cookery domain.
