• 13271 Cook food by frying in a commercial kitchen (L2,C2)
• 13278 Cook food by roasting in a commercial kitchen (L2,C2)
• 13280 Prepare fruit and vegetables in a commercial kitchen (L2,C2)
• 13281 Prepare and present basic sandwiches for service in a commercial kitchen. (L2,C2)

Please note that schools must ensure they have the appropriate accreditation before using these resources. Unit 167 is a prerequisite for cookery units at Level 2 and above and should be successfully assessed before a candidate moves on to units in the cookery domain.
