These Powerpoint CDs come with our Certificate of Achievement packs and are a useful additional training tool.

Compliance Packs

The Compliance range is a straight down-to-business range of candidate workbooks and trainer handbooks dealing with those must-have compliance skills and qualifications.

Evidence Records and Assessment Schedules

Evidence Records (ERs) are assessment tools to assist trainers, assessors and their candidates to meet the requirements of hospitality Unit Standards. For every ER there is a corresponding Assessment Schedule (AS), to give guidance to assessing the unit standard.  Assessment Schedules (ASs) are designed to give assessors all the guidance they need to assess individual unit standards. These include sample answers to the UPK (underpinning knowledge) questions found in Evidence Records.

Individual Training Package (ITP)

Individual Training Packs (ITPs) are training resources on a hospitality-related unit standard, for the trainer and employee.  One resource book covers one unit standard, including the teaching resource and assessment.

*1 January 2013 the Aviation, Tourism and Travel Training Organisation (ATTTO), the Hospitality Standards Institute (HSI) and Retail Institute (RI) merged, transforming into ServiceIQ - the service-based Industry Training Organisation (ITO) for the aviation, tourism, travel, retail, wholesale and hospitality industries.

Qualification Resources

National qualifications are available across all hospitality domains from short up-skill programmes that meet specific needs, such as customer service and food safety, through to NZQA approved national qualifications such as ServiceIQ Modern Apprenticeships programmes, and National Certificates and National Diploma traineeships.
