&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Step forward&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; is for people moving into or already in supervisory and junior management positions in the hospitality industry. The programme offers a diverse mix of training, in people and operational supervision, with a particular focus on food and beverage service.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
Successful candidates achieve the National Certificate in Hospitality – Operations Supervision Level 4 (Food &amp;amp; Beverage Service strand). This qualification is a pathway into the National Diploma in Hospitality – Operational Management Level 5.

This Evidence Record (ER) is an assessment tool to assist trainers,

Unit Standard. For every ER is a corresponding Assessment Schedule
(AS) these assessment schedules are free of charge and can be
downloaded below by clicking on the PDF document below.  Assessment
Schedules (AS&#039;s) are designed to give assessors the guidance they
need to assess individual unit standards.  AS&#039;s include sample answers
to the under pinning knowledge questions found in Evidence Records.
