Restaurant Savvy - Candidate Pack

This package is designed for candidates wanting to complete the National Certificate in Hospitality – Restaurant Service, Level 3.
It is for people who are starting work or working in the functions sector of the hospitality industry.
This package covers the knowledge and skills related to:
- food safety
- customer service
- restaurant service.
The Restaurant Savvy Package includes four books that covers the five compulsory unit standards for the qualification:
- Food Safety Skills Book (learning material only)
- Customer Service Skills Book (learning material only)
- Restaurant Service Skills Book (learning material only)
- Integrated Assessment Book (Assessment only)
In order to be awarded the National Certificate in Hospitality - Restaurant Service, Level 3, candidates will need to:
- complete the Intergrated Assessment Book (five unit standards, totalling 34 credits) and;

complete a further 10 credits at Level 3.
