Restaurant Savvy - Trainer Pack

This package is designed for Trainers to deliver the National Certificate in Hospitality – Restaurant Service, Level 3.

This package covers the knowledge and skills related to:

  • food safety
  • customer service
  • restaurant service.  

The Restaurant Savvy Package includes four books that covers the five compulsory unit standards for the qualification:

  1. Food Safety Skills Book (learning material only)
  2. Customer Service Skills Book (learning material only)
  3. Restaurant Service Skills Book (learning material only)
  4. Integrated Assessment Book (Assessment only)

The Trainer Handbook contains:

  • learning material with activities
  • assessment material
  • trainer instructions and answers.
