Ordering Resources for 2012
HSI looks forward to receiving your valued orders for 2012. Please note that the closing date for orders required in January/February 2012 is:

We have four delivery dates scheduled before the first term starts in 2012. Please nominate your first and second choice when ordering.

Please note:
We will of course try to have orders received after 15 December 2011 delivered to you on the. date requested.. However, as we print to order, there may be some delays.
Orders received in 2012 will have the standard 10 working days delivery time.
HSI offices close on Friday 23 December and reopen on Monday 9 January 2012.
Level 3 ITPs Available for Schools in 2012
We are pleased to advise that the following Level 3 unit standards will be available as Individual Training Packs for Schools in 2012. They can be ordered from the 1st December, for delivery in January 2012. Read more
The Great New Zealand Vegetable Dish Winners
HSI, in partnership with vegetables.co.nz, invited New Zealand school
students to enter the 2011 cooking competition, ‘The Great New Zealand
Vegetable Dish – an HSI Junior Hospitality Challenge Special’. Students
in Year 11-Year 13 were eligible for the competition.
The dish had to star cauliflower as the key ingredient, and all
vegetables used in the recipe had to be fresh New Zealand grown
vegetables. A judging panel chose thirteen finalists from schools around
the country, and their dishes were recreated, tested and tasted by four
judges.
