Our products

HSI has a range of training material to assist teachers who are teaching hospitality unit standards.  These resources cover a range of domains including Cookery, Food and Beverage and Food Safety.  

These products come in a variety of forms, including Individual Training Packs which are a single unit standard workbooks.  This includes the Trainer Manual. 

There are also grouped unit standards in the form of Certificate of Achievement Packs (COA). These COA packs provide a comprehensive learning tool for students wanting to gain knowledge about the hospitality industry or wanting to improve their career options.
