We offer a wide range of resources to support the delivery and assessment of unit standards.

Work books are available for most units at levels 1 & 2, and many at level 3. Some examples are Customer Service (incorporating most of the core generic units in all qualifications) and Barista (incorporating all of the coffee units).

With Quality Assurance…

Our Quality Assurance department can help with all accreditation, moderation and assessment queries. If you would like to be an HSI registered assessor, or find out about our Provider workshop dates and how to register, see the more information link below.  We also have a range of information packs to support your delivery of National Qualifications.
