I confirm that my organisation has the appropriate NZQA accreditation or HSI Workplace Registration scope to cover the unit standards contained in the products I am purchasing.
Payment
Payment is due in full on the 29th day of the month following invoice date. If payment is not made in full by the due date Hospitality Standards Institute will take the necessary steps to collect the outstanding debt, and any collection charges associated with debt recovery will be payable by you. All prices are GST inclusive.
NZQA Reports
HSI will continue to receive credit reports from NZQA. Payment for use of material will be compared with credits reported to NZQA. Providers will be invoiced for any difference between paid to HSI and reported to NZQA.
